Prof. Dr. Dr. hc Ingolf Pernice ist Gr\u00fcnder und Direktor des Walter Hallstein-Instituts f\u00fcr Europ\u00e4isches Verfassungsrecht an der Humboldt-Universit\u00e4t zu Berlin. Er hat in Rechtswissenschaften und Wirtschaftswissenschaften in Marburg, Genf und Freiburg studiert und das Diplom des Hautes Etudes Europ\u00e9ennes in Br\u00fcgge erworben und in Frankfurt, Paris II, Berlin und Princeton gelehrt.<\/i><\/p>\n

Er ist einer der einflussreichsten Europ\u00e4ischen Verfassungsrechtler und pr\u00e4gt die Debatte zur Europ\u00e4ischen Verfassung ma\u00dfgeblich. Die von ihm ins Leben gerufenen \u201eHumboldt-Reden zu Europa\u201c sind ein fester Referenzpunkt geworden, ebenso das Forum Constitutionis Europae.
